Looking for a concertina instructor

I know this isn't about the harp, but I'm hoping that some of Celtic musicians out there might know of a teacher for concertina in the San Francisco Bay Area? I need to find someone on the Peninsula, SF, or Berkeley/Oakland area who can teach in the evenings or weekends.
